Girls Inc. Programs
Here at Girls, Incorporated we offer a variety of fun and educational programs for our girls. Below is a listing of these programs, and some information on what different programs cost to participate. Please contact us if you have any questions about these activities or if you want to sign up a girl with us!
Annual Membership Fee is $15
This is for everyone and includes those who come from Family Guidance Center, DHR, Therapeutic Foster Care, or some other governmental source or organization.
Afterschool Program Fees
Weekly fee including bus pickup using Wiregrass Transit Authority: $25
This applies to any child who is enrolled in our program as a member and who will be attending on a regular basis. It does not matter how many days your daughter attends. Per day fees do not apply to regular members.
School Intercession Fee per week: $35
This fee applies to the fall, Christmas, and Spring Break intercessions as set out by the Dothan City School Calendar, and as listed on the closure schedule of the center.
Per Day Fee for Drop In's including bus pickup using Wiregrass Transit Authority: $5
This applies to friends of members who may attend a special event at the center, or guests who are experiencing the center for a trial visit. Once enrolled this fee does not apply. Should attendance records indicate a regularity of attendance, your fee scale will be moved to Weekly fee basis.
Hours of Operation during the Afterschool Months:
Center Business Office opens for business at 8:30 AM each day Monday-Friday
Girls may arrive at the center on regular school days beginning at 2:45 PM
Center programs and offices close at 5:30 PM Monday-Friday
During School Intercessions, girls may arrive at the center beginning at 6:45 AM Monday-Friday
Summer Program Fees
Weekly Fee excluding field trips, snacks, and some special supplies: $35
This applies to any child who is enrolled in our programs as a member and who will be attending on a regular basis. It does not matter how many days your child attends during the week, the fee is the same. Per Day fee's do not apply to regular members.
Per Day Fee for Drop In's and Visiting Members of the Family: $7
This applies to friends of the members who may attend a special event at the center, daughters visiting the other parent or relative for a short vacation, or guests who are experiencing the center for a trial visit. Once enrolled, this fee does not apply. Should attendance records indicate a regularity of attendance, your fee scale will be moved to the weekly fee scale.

Center opens to girls at 6:45 AM
Center Business Office opens for business at 8:30 AM
Center programs and offices close at 5:30 PM
Special Discounts for Multiple Family Members
Girls from the same family who enroll as members of Girls Inc will be given special weekly rates as follows:
Afterschool Program Enrollment: first 2 members enrolled pay $25 a week, 3rd member pays $15, 4th member pays $10, 5th member or more pays $5.
Summer Program Enrollment: first 2 members enrolled pay $35 a week, 3rd member pays $20, 4th member pays $15, 5th member or more pays $10.
